Still freezing! I've got 3 layers of clothes on my upper body!

I froze all day. Then I remembered that I froze on my last juice fast. Argh! I hate it. I've got 3 layers of clothes on my upper body and I'm still cold! Any suggestions? I want to eat just so that I'm not cold anymore!

I took the lax tea this morning, and nothing. That's weird. So this evening I took some epsom salts, some mucus came out and a tiny bit of runny poo.

I didn't have much juice today. Monday's are my busiest day. Still not getting in enough water. My boss gave me some zuccini bread this evening, ohhhh......I wanted a bite! But didn't. If I didn't have this blog, I might have given in already.

I have tomorrow off and will have more juices. I'll be warmer too because I'll be cooking for the family.
