Good Morning!

7am arrived and I was up and eager. Still have a mild HA, but I always do, every morning for the past 5 years. So I don't think it's detox anymore, just my normal HA (headache). I checked my mail, put the dog out, fed the cats, skin brushed, had my 2 drops of H2O2 in water, and got ready to go for my walk. I knew that the temp was only 20*. But if I had known that the wind was 14 mph and the wind chill was 14* (brrrr), I wouldn't have went! But you know what, I'm so glad that I did. I harnessed up the dog and out we went. I did come back in for another shirt. I wore my hubbys good biking wind proof suit, so that helped tremendously. Started out with the sun at my back and the with at my front, brrr. My face was the worst, of course. Jedi (the dog) did pretty good, I teaching him to walk with me. He's only 9 months old so he's got lots of energy to help pull me along. The first mile went fine. Turned around and the wind was at my back and sun on my face...Whoo Hoo! It felt great! I did get a little warm (sweat body sweat!) So we walked (a little jogging) 2 miles in 31:35 min. My original plan was 3 or 4 miles, but I thought I did well for the weather conditions.

So, now the dog's asleep and I'm enjoying about 12 oz of orange, tangerine, and lime juice. Oh YUMMY! That lime gives it a good kick!

I just got word that my husband grandma (very dear to me) was taken to the hospital, possible pneumonia. Prayers please, for her health.

Well, I'm going to go do some house work now! Feeling great!
