Milk may taste good but but only mother's milk and only unpasteurized mother's milk is good for babies.

I was ADD/ADHD and I had neurological problems throughout my school years and into adulthood. I drank close to half a gallon of milk a day growing up. I was vaccinated and did everything the Betty Crocker way. I even attempted the same with my own children. I took my third daughter of four to a doctor for vaccinations. She came out screaming and banging her head on the ground. The doctor said it had nothing to do with vaccines. This was the moment I knew that I was not being told the truth. Fool me once and it is their fault, I really do fault them for poisoning my daughter and lying about it...but fool me twice and it is my fault. My youngest daughter is not vaccinated.

Once you realize that you are being lied to by doctors, you have to look around you and see in anyone else is lying to you. I started looking into vaccinations and came to the conclusion that my daughter and I were had problems directly related to vaccinations. I had an aha moment one day and realized that cows were are vaccinated frequently. I started asking questions. Do the vaccines end up in milk cows milk? How about steroids they feed meat cattle to beef them up? Does homogenizing milk get rid of toxins. It took several years for me to realize that the milk I drank my whole life, the meat I ate, and the vaccinations I took were all fed to me like I was a just a consumer and all the market cared about was keeping me stupid and happy consuming the products the market sold. Regardless of how unhealthy those products were, I was eating and drinking, and being vaccinated whatever was fed to me by the food and drug industry.
I found that obesity is related to cow's milk. Steroids are not just bad for people. They make cow's sick too. I found that vaccines lodge in muscle tissue of vaccinated animals and then are greedily consumed in stores everywhere. I found that toxins in vaccines also end up in the milk I drink.
Little by little, I am waking up.

My journey to finding the truth is far from over but at least I no longer drink milk, will not vaccinate, and try to to work toward being meat free and for now at least eat free range grass fed meat cattle. My youngest daughter doesn't drink milk. She doesn't eat red meat. She has never been vaccinated. She is the most healthy and happy human being, I have ever known. She is two now and has only had a runny nose or congested four or five days in her life. One of those times I gave her a bit of cheese that was melted on a potato. What we feed our bodies and our mind and what we feed our children is what we get out. is worse than just the truth. Make informed decisions and put them into action. Just say no to toxic milk and dairy and just say no to toxic dealy vaccines.
