Master Insane Cleanse DAY 1

I cant believe how hard it is to drink a gallon of water! I did about 110 oz's today. I am feeling good right now but watching that dang tv makes me want to go to Applebees and dig into a big ol steak. TV is such b.s. Gotta not tune in while I'm on the cleanse. I had 7 BM's today. They all felt decent until the night where I drank a bit to much fiber drink. I had 2 juices today. Some fresh apple cider and Carrot, Apple, Celery and lemon. It was awesome. I need to get the right maple syrup (Grade B or C) and then I will begin the master cleanse formula. I munched an avocado tonight to help me out. I don't feel it is bad if I have something healthy like this at the beginning. I am going to get some bentonite to continue getting rid of the parasites. I took my parasite formula all day. I didn't have any smoking cravings today. Listening to music made me want to get high, but not seeking after the buddha! I went to the gym. Played an hour of BBall and then steamed for about 15 minutes. I feel I got a decent amount of mucous out of my nose. I would like to see more stuff come out of my lungs however. I'll probably head to bed here in an hour or so! That is awesome for me. I am excited to do my liver cleanse. I'll give it a week or so and then pound that olive oil.
