The first morning of the cleanse.

I woke up at 11am. Went to bed late in the morning, 6:30am. I plan on taking a nap for 2 hours. I have had 2 bm's so far today. I had some carrot apple juice last night and it passed through me. I had a fiber Drink last night and one this morning. I ate 2 cloves of garlic last night. I couldn't get any lovin from the lady after that! I'm going to have 4 cloves in a minute. Getting ready to make the master cleanse concoction. Going to steam room and excercise after my nap.
