some follow ups

Gabriel facial care products...I'm now using a new facial system. I also bought this from Whole Foods.

** This system absolutely works. I highly recommend it. The investment is worth it. The product really stretches out. The one that runs out first is the toner of course.

I'm reading Greens for Life by Victoria Boutenko

** I've read the book. I disagree with basing a whole way of eating on the diet of chimps. Other than that minor thing, I enjoyed the book very much. I would recommend it to anyone. We all need more greens.

I bought a Kitchen Aid Blender

** I love this blender. It's a staple in my new home. If I could only find the top *lol*

I purchased the Breville Juice Fountain Elite.

** The BEST juicer I ever operated! I love it. It doesn't rattle because it's on a firm surface. The best part is that I don't have to cut up any vegetables. It is money well spent.

My future product is to grow wheatgrass outside with oceangrown solution. I'm saving my pennies for that project.

** I am growing the wheatgrass outside pretty soon. No oceangrown...I don't have the finances. I may just dilute some ocean water and do it that way for now.

I invested in a pair of birkenstock arizona sandals. What wonderful footwear!

** I practically LIVE in them. They are one of the best investments in footwear I ever made next to my New Balance sneakers.

I now use sunblock because of my laser hair removal. This summer I don't look as tanned, I look my natural self with my natural coloring which is like the color of warm ginger or a light bronze. One summer I got very burned. I am now using a natural sunblock. The downside of it is that it is very thick and is really white against my darker skin tone. It's my face so I put it on anyway BUT I'll continue looking for a natural,organic sunblock that dries clearer.

** I don't need it as much because it's not as sunny. I decided to use the natural block on my face and the chemicalised poison sunblock on the rest of the body.

Some purchases I made for my honeymoon trip are:

colloidal silver nasal spray
oregamax capsules

** I use the colloidal silver spray once a day. I'm thinking of learning how to make colloidal silver for myself.

Alba organic lipbalm...I love this product. I don't know how hot France will be but I started using this already and love it.

** Alba makes my lips white but it's great anyway. I have to give the Merry Hempsters an honorable mention.

The jury is still out on a shampoo and conditioner product. My hair is very thick and very long. It gets dry and at my old salon, my stylist would try to use black african hair products and it just didn't work. My hair is its own creation LOL! Hence, I need very spefic products. I do recommend hair dryers by Belson, the Gold-N-Hot label.

** I now use Nubian Silk shampoo only. I was using their conditioner but I think I'll be mixing in usage of a Pantene repair conditioner as well. I mixed it up a lot and I'm happy with the way my hair is now.
