Back in the saddle again...!

Hello Everyone!

Well, I'm actually GLAD I didn't stick with the last juice fast, because I ended up working INSANE hours that week and I would have been TOAST.

But now, here I am at it again. Day three. It has all been very easy. No real temptations or issues. I'm feeling real tired is all. I need alot more sleep than usual, is this normal? Even so, I am dragging. Everyone keeps telling me how tired I look....don't you love the reminders? As if that big shiny reflective thing in the bathroom didn't tell you enough! :P

I think I will go to bed early tonight. Friends want me to go out with them. I can almost get up the energy to laugh at such a silly idea.

I'm actually taking on a very spiritual view of this fast. If I keep my mind focusing on doing this for God, somehow it really helps me to persevere. Whatever works, right? It's easier than just doing it for myself...you'd think this should be enough!

Tomorrow I get to slllllleeeeeeeeeppppp innnnnnnn.....! Yeah! The only responsibility I have is to observe an art class in the late afternoon. I will be teaching art classes soon, and before they train me, they want me to observe. Sounds fun to me!

I'm curious why the cold isn't getting to me today. Makes me wonder if something is wrong with my fast. Usually I get so ungodly COLD...

I wonder why I feel zero hunger, just fatigue. Absolutely no appetite. I haven't been feeling any appetite before my fast either. Lately my health and my appetite have been gone, even though I have been so good with my raw vegan, veggie diet. Liver pain, too. Unfortunately, liver flushes send me to a world of hurt and knock my health down on a semi-perminent level, so it seems. So I am taking Milk thistle and dandelion extract. I also ordered Dr. Schulze's LGB formula and detox tea to take along with my extended fast.

Well, I look forward to breaking my all time record of FIVE days of fasting soon...
