Man I can't wait to get back to the gym today. I had some pumpkin soup from the coop and some soy milk, and 3 oranges.

However, 3 PM on Friday, work is stressin' and I reach for a stupid donut. Dummy!

I'm going to have a nice weekend alone, I've got lots of raw supplies to last me the weekend, and I'm planning on doing extensive yoga practice to clear my mind for wedding planning.

I know I've done well with shaping up, and I'm pretty OK with knowing that if I just keep up the hard work in the gym and the good eating, I'll be in good shape. Maybe not stick thin, but I'll be OK. I'm already looking a lot better than I was, and there's no way I can stay away from the gym. I just love it. I'm just going to start staying for close to 2 hours each day after work.

Hope everyone's doing well out there. I think some of those metabolism boosters I was taking may have affected my immune system a little, allowing me to get sick. Really sick. So I've left them alone for a while, and I plan to continue that. Maybe once a week, I'll get jacked up (it's mostly caffeine, anyway) and do an extra agressive workout. But other than that I'm not going to drive myself crazy.

I'd rather just be happy with me :)

However, I'm going to try raw during the week as much as possible. I know myself, and I know usually I like to hang out on the weekends and not stress the diet. But during the week, I want to try raw and see how much it affects my workout. Is tofu allowed? Well, it is for me.

Love to you all.
