kinda boring

Another week, more working out.

I moved past the horrible constipation I was experiencing with a warm water enema this morning. I didn't want to do it but I had major major blockage. It finally worked, with a little colon blow (organic bowel cleanse).

I'm thinking about juicing next week and seeing how it works. I could use another kick start. Working out this week really put a hurt on my muscles, it made me totally unable to work out yesterday and today.

Hoping to get the fiance out running again this weekend, and looking forward to next week as a jumpstart to the weight loss.
