I was fine all day until I got home and the cravings started kicking in.

One thing I forgot to mention was that on the plane to New York, on my last fast, my nose started running like crazy out of nowhere. I kept having to blow my nose, meanwhile thinking, damn now I'm gonna have a cold the whole time I'm on vacation, but within less than an hour my freakish sudden runny nose was completely cured without even a trace!

DAY 2- I was fine all day until I got home and the cravings started kicking in. I really REALLY thought I was going to give in. I even had the chinese menu in hand planning out what I would order. But the thought of how I'd feel the next day brought me to some kind of a semi sane place and I just decided to go to bed early again.

DAY 3- No cravings really. Sure I'm fantasizing about food but it's not like the crazy cravings of yesterday evening. Reubens are no longer taking over my mind, but this time it's blue cheese dressing and deli turkey meat. I'm out of juice so I'm going to have to run to the supermarket before work and grab some more. Luckily I have about a half a glass full left of today's quart so that will get me by the early morning cravings. I'm definitely finding that the fast is easier this time around. It's less mentally consuming. Last time all I could find myself talking about to EVERYONE was the fast and I know I was probably driving people crazy but I couldn't help it. I'm taking the ZAND cleansing kit along with the fast and also sprinkling cayenne pepper in my apple juice. It's actually very good! I woke up this morning with a very white tongue. I notice I'm not as cold as I was last time I did it. I feel much more normal in every way. Hmmm...
