I admit, some food fantasies are creepin in...

So, its day 4. I really am doing well. I did have a few food fantasies today so far. I saw a big truck with chicken nuggets, fries, spagetti w/ meatballs, etc. on the side of it...looked sooooo yummyyyy...but I told myself, as I read somewhere on here, "the food will still be there once I'm done" and I was ok.

When I got to work I swear I could smell donuts in the elevator...never been a huge fan of them, but they do smell good. I really have no problem passing up Dunkin' Donuts. Blech! I do love Krispy Kreme though...as I type my tummy lets out a mean growl. haha ok, enough of that talk!

I think I'm most amazed at the energy I feel. During the day I am bounding with it, yet at night I have NO trouble going to sleep! I feel happy and not grumpy toward anyone at all. In fact I feel quite tolerant..ok, well, perhaps a few times in my head I've caught myself calling someone some expletive or another, usually when driving, but I quickly try to change that and do some breathing exercises. The other thing I notice, like MissW, is feeling cold. I do just wish I could curl up with a blankie. Maybe I should add more cayenne?

Still haven't gotten the grey celtic salt, so I again skipped the SWF and opted instead to drink the tea last night and again this morning. I did have some success in the bathroom, but it really still feels like it isn't enough. However, I will trudge on keeping my hopes up for something more substantial. My friend invited me to her gym to try "water karate" tonite...sounds bizarre and therefore fun! I just hope I don't have an urgent need to use the bathroom while in the pool! :P
