lenght of mc fast and health advice

HI. I have been on mc for 47 days and gone from 226 to 184 pounds and feel great..I am a 47 year old female and want to better my health for my 7 year old son and husband....does anyone have any advice..thank you in advance..http://curezone.com/blogs/
