6-WEEK PLAN:
Jan. 15 (14 days before fast): Stop junk food: cheese, pizza, ice cream, processed crap and baked desserts
Jan. 21 (9 days before fast): Stop red meat and poultry (fish ok)
Jan. 22 (8 days before fast): Stop alcohol
Jan. 24 (6 days before fast): Stop carbs (rice & noodles)
Jan. 26 (4 days before fast): Stop fish, and eat as much raw food as possible
Jan. 27 (3 days before fast): TAKE LAST SLEEPING PILL
Jan. 30-Feb. 3: fast on juice, lemonade, water, soup, SWFs, wheat grass powder, psyllium powder
Feb. 3: overnight liver flush
Feb. 4 (1 day after fast): break fast with salsa salad wraps and continue juicing. eat lots of raw fruits and veggies
Feb. 5 (2 days after fast): cooked veggies okay
Feb. 7 (4 days after fast): fish okay
Feb. 10 (7 days after fast): carbs okay (noodles and rice)
Feb. 17 (14 days after fast): alcohol okay, but don't get drunk!
SECOND LIVER FLUSH PERHAPS?
Feb. 18 (15 days after fast): red meat okay, limited to 2-4 times a month
Feb. 25 (22 days after fast): junk food okay, limited to 2-4 times a month

WHY DO THIS? To cleanse my liver of poison/toxins from sleeping pills and alcohol. To cleanse colon of poison/toxin from unhealthy food. To get to sleep without pills. To spend time alone thinking about where my life is going. To rest. To clear my head, heart and soul. To reevaluate relationships and temptations from unhealthy friends.
