my current health issues

My health problems.
IBS and Gastritis
Epstien Barr Virus
Allergies
Asthma
Mercury
Aluminum
Migraines
Mycomplasma in blood
Candida (not sure, but being treated for it with nystatin)
High Cholesterol

Past issues
Double knee surgery
toncilectomy
2 car accidents
2 babies 13 months apart (currently 2.5 and 1.5)

Diet- currently trying to go no sugar, and eat more if not all organic. Adding Different items into diet to help with different health issues. Will post more in another post.

Exercise- has been nearly non-existant lately. Started bike riding two days ago.

Doctor- Currently seeing a Naturopathic Physcian who is also a pharmasist. More about past doctor relations on another post
