A tea and body wash for hemorrhoid relief.

Hemorrhoid Tea

one teaspoon evening primrose oil
one teaspoon self heal
one teaspoon peppermint leaves
one QUART of water.

combine all ingredients in a pan
bring to a boil and continue to liquid reduced to two cups.
strain off herbs drink in doses up to 2 cups thru out day.

Hemorrhoid personal skin wash

one teaspoon blackberry leaves
one teaspoon witchhazel
one teaspoon mullein
TWO cups boiling water.

combine herbs in NON METAL container.
cover with boiling water.
steep 30 minutes.
cool and strain.
use as a wash/ as needed...
