I hope you're having a great weekend!

Michele

Don't you just hate it,
when you come home from the most amazing
transformational experience, and someone
says, "How was your weekend?"

I mean, Moses takes the Jews across the Red Sea...
Jesus is buried in the tomb on a Friday and Rises up
by Easter Sunday.

Then on Monday morning...someone says,
"Did you have a great weekend Moses?
Did you have a great weekend Jesus?

It was that kind of a "Weekend!"

Yummy! Yummy!

So We got there Thursday and set up tent...

1. Tent!

Have you read The Red Tent?
It is a good read.
I would like to have the tents
that we each bring made of natural cloth.
They would have banners and flags of the 12 tribes.

The main tent...I would like it to be made of natural
materials...so it does not have to detox so long.

2. Conspiuous Consumption!

I loved and laughed experiencing my Passover Village
early arrivers decompress from the City.
They were spilling out all the stories of the world
as it is now. They shifted their energies with bottles
of wine and set up portable stoves to cook salmon
and beef steaks. It was a hoot!

They wanted to bring to the desert the same things they
had in Egypt. It was so much fun to experience
and reflect upon! I ate a bit of what they brought,
but also brought organic fruits that became a major hit
in the Closing Ceremony.

I want to write an article called,
"Reinventing the Golden Calf."

In the original story, Moses has gone up
to get the 10C from God.

The Tribe starts to feel abandoned at the base
of the Mountain.

So they decide to make a God out of Gold and Silver.
Can U relate?

I mean, it is Conspicuous consumption 101.
It is what Bo Lozoff was talking about.
He said 2/3rds of the world had no idea
if they will make it to the end of the month.
The rest of us..I mean some of USA literally,
live in the Big Houses. We are the relatives
of the Biz Man in the suit he was talking about.
The Biz Man who is running the world.
We all eat of what he produces.
It is NOT organic. It is not good for children
and other living things.

Check out yur own lifestyle.
Make a list of your Golden Calf activity.
My list is long. Some I do not want to give up
and do not plan to. In some sense, all technology
as we know it can support the Good, but it is also
driven by the Golden Calf. I mean do we really need
a new computer every three years?

The Biz man has us by the balls,
even those who have no balls to speak of?
