The Universal sense

A manager and a management position, due to universal morality, are positions of guidance, planning and service giving to both the clients and employees.                                       Such position is meant for talented people, qualified people only.                        The power that management position has over other people is not meant to allow them to take advantage of it or to exercise the manager's power over other people.                           It's a level of opportunity to serve those people with a lesser knowledge, skills and talents, then the manager.                     To fulfill this duty of a management status, the manager need to know to support the system with respect, respect the self through respecting other people – to make other people seems 'smaller' is an act of pride without self-respect, otherwise the persons state would speak for him.                Respect as a basic mutual communication between management and employees will produce good will and prosperity at work. It will enable the employees to seek guidance without fearing to be considered not qualified enough, it will improve the state of the business, institute and will support the success of the workplace too.           Learning from a manager example, the service that will be given to the clients, patients, the buyers and service giver will be improved too – without a need to look into the reasons it didn't work
