Assuming that you want to gain the power of light instead of being absorbed in your highest layers, you need the preparation to make sure of full success.

Don’t do it in your car nor in any place with visible Black or Grey components, walls, clothes, decoration, colors… Don’t do it with your cellular phone on your body or active beside you, not near working TV, Radio or any working, connected electrical appliances. Give yourself the 5 minutes you may need without feeling rushed somewhere ells, at time a second or tow will be enough to get to the right stage.

If you colored your hair with Black color this process will be very, very not good for you…! If you have a Black Tattoo, it may work and it may not, I don’t have any experience with such issues.

You may stand, sit or lay on your back. Free your hands to be beside your body sides, if you sit or lay down on your back than the palms of your hands need to face the sky not the body or earth.

Close your eyes and maintain stable breath-in and breath-out, keep your lips apart from each other, a little bit, to allow proper automatic breath-in t take place.

Visualize a whit light flow from your crown chakra. The light, like clear-white water, flows down through the spin and down to the floor. It touches the floor, enters the ground and creates a channel that your legs enter, not higher than your hips.

The channel of light directs you to growing down flexible legs until it touches the surface of The Core of Planet Earth. Humble be while you ask The Core of Planet Earth to allow you to enter in. If the door is opened, enter your feet and stop visualizing or a while – do keep your eyes close.

Now direct your inner eye upward and pray, with your own words, to The Creator, to give you its White Light of Creation to guide you, to fill you, to protect you and to allow you to manifest The Creator will. Only if you see the pure white light without any visualization you may now visualize in filling your body, your environment, see yourself standing on Planet Earth (like standing on a huge ball). See the White light surround Planet Earth.

Now immediately open your eyes – don’t let your ego (good feeling) keep it closed.

Whenever your energy is law, you need to face a stressing situation or people, want to empower your healing energy, want to sleep calm at night, this is best to do.

You may do it as many time a day as you wish for, it can do you only good and keep your development independently yours.
