Some methods toward self-development and self-freedom

Some not hard to compel with acts are probably very important support to quicken a turn to the best and maintain in such state of life::

A. Once a day – Close your eyes and Visualize White Color Shower entering your head and filling your physical body projecting its White Light outwards and filling the Aura too.
Keep in this visualization about 3 minutes - you must see with your inner eye the White
Color – this will both strengthen your immune system and may awaken sleepy brain’s cells. It will also support your subtle bodies and your ability to intuitively here the messages of your Soul.

B. Clear your life from Black Color and its Grey hews.
The Black/Grey colors absorb energies, light, colors, happiness etc. It slower the awakening process, weakening the vitality of the body’s cells therefore allowing disease that could have been avoided etc.

C. To prevent yourself from being energetic absorbed by other you may fill yourself with White Light and se it radiate outwards – every type of energy that is not to your best will flow through and will not be able to get hold of you.

D. The words that you expresses attracts a like events into you life – Speak using only positive words and by the ‘NO’ or by your voice and eyes you can express its contradiction and be true to yourself

E. Your thoughts creates your world – keep your thoughts positive – if it brings you not happy inner pictures, do become a moovi inspector and convert it to immediately end positive – positive for you and to whom ever is involve.
If you wish something not good to happen to other people it attract a like events to you too. may wear clothing colored with the supporting vibrations – seen colors.
