Blasi - Salt/C Protocol for FMS by InvisiGyrl .....

Here, I am including a summary of the information that I have obtained about the elements that make up my formula, Recuperat-ion. The preparation provides a useful composition by mixing sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in the optimal ratios. The cells of our body and especially in the muscles, rapidly absorb this composition.

CONCLUSION:

When a Theory stems from a study about the causes of this illness, the following is to prove that the Theory works. This stops being merely a Theory at the time when upon continually supplying an ion solution with specific ratios, the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and CFS improve rapidly.

My explanation about the cause of the illness is that at a specific time in our life, due to an infectious process (flu, candida, etc. ...), due to continued overexertion (exhausting physical work, sports, etc. ...) or above all, due to something that has caused post-traumatic syndrome or great anxiety (having a surgery, the illness or death of a family member or friend, the break up of a marriage, etc. ...) our body loses a large part of our Na, K, Mg and Ca ions.

The massive loss of these ions affects the blood, but it should be able to recover normal levels through a balanced diet, or lacking this, the reserve that we have in our muscle cells.

This is all well-described in medical journals, as well as the fact that for many people, it is nearly impossible to recover the normal levels only through nourishment.

We believe that many of these ions are lost in foods upon reacting with preservatives, colouring, stabilisers, insecticides, or simply through cooking.

Many of us have been given supplements of some of these ions, with the conviction that we could be lacking some of them.

I have already verified that if one of the four is eliminated, or if the proportion is varied by more than 3%, it doesn’t have the same effect. The chemical effect of this can be explained when we see how these substances react inside the cells.

When a person takes these substances in the proper ratio, continually and over time with a sufficient amount of water, the symptoms improve or are eliminated (ALL THE SYMPTOMS) of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue.

The only factor that varies from one person to another is the amount of time until it starts to take effect, and they should be taken until a total ionic re-balancing is obtained.

I have the experience of hundreds of people that are taking it and some of them have stopped after 3 months from the first dose, with an absolute and total recovery from their illnesses. On the other hand, others still have to take it after 8 months, start to note improvements only after several months.

What is not debatable is that, whether sooner or later, the majority of persons suffering from FM or CFS improve from their symptoms and need to take less and less medicine to continue feeling well.

We can confirm this through a number of associations for the ill that have taken it in a majority for 6 months or more. The majority of these people have noted improvements in their symptoms to a greater or lesser degree.

This study is the fruit of the necessity and desperation of a sick person who has suffered along with many others from this “nightmare” and could simply not become resigned to continuing to live in constant pain for the rest of our lives.

It is because of this that I want to share my experience and that of many others. We have seen the light at the end of the tunnel that has crossed our paths.

I offer encouragement to all of you that try it or may try out the truth of my theories for yourselves, and to those of you that don’t want to try it, you also have my deepest respect and good wishes, although we don't share the same opinions.

Of course, I am not selling or manufacturing anything, I only want to share my experiences with you.

I am convinces that we have found the final explanation for the cause and the solution to our illness, and for every person that tells me that they are improving, all the efforts I have made to publicise my findings have been totally worthwhile.

I also offer encouragement to the doctors that can continue, improve and formalise concrete clinical studies using my conclusions as a starting point. I am convinced that your efforts will see great rewards. Fortunately, they have told me that there are already several studies underway that may be published shortly.

Out of all the alterations that take place in the body (hyper-supply of blood to the base of the hypothalamus, lowered levels of neurotransmitters, symptoms, reactions, etc.), there are none that cannot be easily and correctly explained by this theory about the origin and cause of Fibromyalgia.

A theory that will stop being a mere theory as more and more ill people improve by following it.

I hope it is clear that this is a personal idea, and no one but the undersigned is compromised by these ideas.

Alfred Blasi.

The preparation that has resulted from my studies are commercialised at chemists with the brand name of RECUPERAT ion.

It is a composition made up of the mixture of 4 natural ions, contained in all of the cells of the human body. Concretely, they are alkaline and alkaline-earth metals in the ratio that is needed to act effectively in the treatment of illnesses and muscle aetiology, neuromuscular and bone disorders, as well as for the treatment of states lacking or deficient in these elements and for the muscular recovery.

There are many illnesses stemming from muscular or neuromuscular aetiology that affect the muscles, generating multiple symptoms, many of which are invalidating for the patient suffering from them, who is lacking a specific treatment. These types of illnesses present, as principal symptoms (although not only), generalised muscle pain, sleep disturbances, muscle contractions, cephalea, irritable colon, visual alterations, memory loss, etc. Illustrative examples of these types of illnesses are chronic fatigue syndrome, where the patient feels absolute weariness and exhaustion 24 hours a day, always at a muscular level; chronic pain; myofascial pain syndrome; growth pains; and above all, fibromyalgia.

In Spain, we are only talking about between 3% and 6% of the population of people diagnosed with fibromyalgia. This figure surpasses 8% in the United States, which represents over 50 million people that are ill in Europe and the United States. Until now, there was no specific treatment, and at a world-wide level, this is the first preparation that has provided satisfactory results as it directly attacks the cause of the problem.

Indeed, I invite you to visit all the different sections of this Web site and you will become convinced that we are seeing the true cause of many muscular disturbances. Due to the nature and dosage of this preparation, it is totally harmless and compatible with any other medication that you are taking. I advise you to first talk to your doctor about the suitability or not of taking this preparation.

Although the beneficial effects are undeniable for being a nutritional supplement, some people note the improvement of symptoms within 3 or 4 days. Others however, take more time (several months) depending on the number of years since the symptoms appeared, the patient’s affectation, or if the triggers have disappeared due to the loss of ions.

STUDY:

Here, I am including a summary of the information that I have obtained about the elements that make up my formula.

The preparation provides a useful composition by mixing sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in the optimal ratios. The cells of our body and especially in the muscles, rapidly absorb this composition.

Now we’re going to look at why it works:

(All of these data have been taken from Medical Encyclopaedias and publications by doctors and institutes from around the world).

Sodium (Na), in collaboration with potassium, regulates the balance of liquids in the body, contributing to the digestive process by maintaining a proper osmotic pressure and, by acting inside the cells, participates in the management of the nerve impulses. Sodium deficiency is quite rare, since it is present in almost all foods and drinks as a natural ingredient or an ingredient added during the manufacturing process, but if there is a sodium deficiency, this is revealed by dehydration, dizziness and low arterial pressure. There can be loss of sodium due to diarrhoea, vomiting or excessive sweating. Furthermore, the usage of diuretics for losing weight, saunas and intense exercise during hot weather can all lead to loss of liquids that are not compensated for by the simple intake of water, and could even be extremely damaging, and needs to ingest liquids enriched with sodium.

Potassium (K) boosts the activity of the kidneys, helping to eliminate toxins. It is also essential for the storage of carbohydrates and their later conversion into energy, helping to maintain the appropriate cardiac rhythm and normal arterial pressure, and is an essential mineral for the transmission of nerve impulses. In states where the body is lacking in potassium, muscular weakness, fatigue, dizziness and confusion can appear. n potassium, muscular fng in potassium, muscular f nerve impulses. IN intake of water, and could everPotassium and calcium are closely linked, since they both participate in the control and balancing of the levels of water in the body, necessary for the proper functioning of the muscles.

Calcium (Ca) is an essential element for the correct development of the bone tissue. It is the mineral that shapes the human skeleton and keeps it healthy and strong. Approximately 99% of the calcium present in the human body is found in the bones and teeth, while the remaining 1% is found in the blood and tissues. It is essential for both health and life, since without this minimum quantity of calcium, the muscles would not contract correctly, the blood would not coagulate and nerve endings would not be able to correctly transport messages, favouring the appearance of bone and muscular illnesses. Human beings get their supply from this approximate vital 1% of calcium that it needs to function properly from the calcium ingested in our diets and from the calcium in the bones, which acts as an emergency supply when the body doesn’t receive enough calcium through our diets. When not enough calcium is provided and the body uses this emergency supply too often, the bones become weak and break easily (osteoporosis). A diet rich in calcium and balanced, as well as physical exercise, are a couple solutions that prevent these problems.

Magnesium (Mg) is the fourth most important intercellular mineral in the body, playing a fundamental role in the contraction and relaxation of the muscles, improving cardiovascular health, activating a large number of enzymes and taking part in many metabolic reactions (practically in all enzymatic reactions controlling ATP use), is the primary regulator of electrical activities, keeps the bones, joints, cartilage and teeth in good condition, regulates the replication of nucleic acids inside the cells, is fundamental for becoming pregnant and preventing miscarriages, increases intestinal flora and permits the absorption of nutrients, helps wounds scar and its usage is highly recommended during both pregnancy and breast feeding.

Furthermore, magnesium decreases the absorption of cholesterol, eliminates excess sodium and calcium, helps potassium to enter the inside of the cells, and nourishes the nervous, muscular, neuromuscular and glandular systems and, consequently, combats the effects of stress, neuromuscular hyper-excitability, the signs of tetania and epileptic attacks. The pituitary gland needs magnesium and when it is lacking this element, the adrenal glands are not controlled, secreting more adrenaline, causing the person to feel poorly, with increased heart beat, the release of glucose from the liver causing anxiety, hyperactivity and a disproportionate muscular response, with the person possibly becoming violent or feeling suicidal tendencies.

The proper administration of magnesium eliminates many of the possibilities of having any of these ailments: hypertension, arthritis, arthrosis, arteriolosclerosis, hepatitis, cirrhosis, cancer, parathyroid illnesses, insomnia, neuro-psychiatric disorders, aggressiveness, anxiety, hypermotivation, nervous excitability, tachycardia, cramps, muscular contractions, growth alterations, osteoporosis, rickets, infections, rheumatic pains, neuritis, states of senility, obesity, constipation, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, shivering, convulsions, lethargy, personality changes, weakness, flu, migraines, asthma and menstrual pains. Diabetics require Mg supplements.

On the other hand, magnesium sulphate significantly decreases the risk of cerebral paralysis and mental deficiencies, principally affecting new-borns that are underweight. The bones store approximately 55% of the magnesium in our bodies, and around 44% is found inside the cells and only 1% approximately, in the extracellular fluids and in the blood serum.

Magnesium deficiencies cause muscular and nervous irritability, weakness, tiredness, fatigue, depression, low energy, hypertension, convulsions, panic and anxiety attacks, as well as the release of substances that cause a propensity to allergies. When there is a lack of magnesium, the possibility of heart attacks is higher. Kidney stones and gall stones, are due in a large part, to the lack of magnesium, that sets the calcium, thus avoiding the formation of calcium and phosphate oxalates, which are what stones are made up of.

A high consumption of phosphorus, calcium and vitamin D should accompany the magnesium. The majority of people don’t ingest enough magnesium, since, on one hand, food products contain less and less magnesium chloride, and on the other hand, a large part of the magnesium found in vegetables is lost through cooking them.

Stress, excess sugar, alcohol, drugs and diuretics cause a large amount of magnesium to be eliminated. Furthermore, excess diary products, birth control, fluoride, tobacco and cortisone make it difficult to absorb magnesium. Excess magnesium is easily excreted through faeces and urine.
