Having had some personal contact and interfac plus have seen how the USSR hAs been one of the bullies on the world playground - is no real surprise!

Having had several encounters with the USSR during my service in US Navy - have seen some various things! Russia has been the bully of the political front, attempting to dominate and control the world! They have been on the this tact of foiling the US and most of the Western World since WWII.

Have had interaction with several Soviet ships while on different US Navy Destroyers at different places around the world. This has been their ballgame since before the WWII.

Once while passing a Soviet Ship in the Straights of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf - we had the opportunity to get a close up @250 ft, distance examination close up!! Yet once we compared the Naval Information from our Maritime Reference manual - we found that except for the fact of knowing the date of the Ships construction - we were out in the cold!

Another time during the Cuban Missile blockade - we were posted off Havana, and had close calls from Soviet PT boats - at night off Havana Harbor!

Then once the Missiles were being shipped out on Soviet Ships - we were asked to check and variety of the cargo! We can along side and had to "Fire" across the bow in corded to get an onboard inspection of the 3 ICBMs they had!

They have put great effort into attempting to over take the US Navy to be #1 in the world!

Have also worked with several Russian Engineers on cryogenics!

The key is that the USSR is out to become the main domination and control force of the world! The Russian people are great, but the political system is dangerous!
