day 6 still

Well, it was a good day. I rode the bike for an hour, drank about 6 litres of water and peed a lot. I have a cough which means my lungs are being cleaned.

today my stomach growled but I was not hungry so that was confusing. I had some cramps and bloating so I used a suppository because those symptoms are bowel related. After I got rid of the waste, the symptoms were gone.

Ok so I am off the plateau. tonight I weighed 318 with a total loss of 24 pounds
