December 22, 2023 - When the Karma of a Building Needs to Be Swept -

“The relationship between humanity and the environment is reciprocal.

Buildings are affected by their inhabitants and the activities that go on inside them.

In fengshui, we recognize that each building carries its own karma, which is the effects caused by activity that went on in the building in the past. Even when the inhabitants vacated the house, these effects remain and will affect the fortunes of the new occupants.

Buildings that have good karma are those that have been occupied by honest and prosperous individuals, happy and harmonious families, and virtuous and honorable people.

(Also consider) Unfavorable factors in the geomantic chart, the internal environment, and the external environment …

Buildings that have bad karma are those associated with death, violence, crime and illness. Bad karma in a building may neutralize favorable factors in the geomantic chart, the internal environment, and the external environment, and will increase the severity of the unfavorable factors.

... therefore find out why the previous occupants moved out of the building.

The following are conditions when the karma of the building needs to be swept.

January 25, 2018 -

"In traditional Chinese medicine, Fire is associated with the heart and blood circulation."

This line immediately caught my closer attention as yesterday I had just noted (and blogged elsewhere) re: Circulation!

"Metal is related to lungs, skin and the immune system."

This line added to my "closer attention".

"People with weaknesses in these areas should pay more attention to their health, eat well, exercise, de-stress and take additional supplements to strengthen the heart and immune system."

This was recommended for the year 2017.

"This is especially important for people with weak Fire and weak Metal elements."

I'd have to do an analysis of my "fellow gardeners" Chinese astrology charts in order to determine the 5-element status of everyone.

"The sickness influence (Flying Stars #2 and #5) are occupying NW and S this year so if your front door or bedroom are in these areas you should put more effort into your health."[1]

This is so very interesting to me as my "fellow gardener" in the NW bedroom apparently was under the influence of these "Flying Stars" previously warned about!

Also "5-Yellow, the most malevolent Star is in the south this year. It is associated with financial loss, illness, accidents and obstacles." Another interesting line as another "fellow gardener" in the S bedroom did have an accident!
