Water fast so far so good

Hi greetings everyone,

I have completed day 0 wherein I only ate fruits in the evening on 15 th April which is supposed to be day 1 but ended up as day 0 .no regrets whatsoever . Anyways yesterday was day 1 for me and I pretty much slept all day long and had no problems at all except for headache in the night for which I have taken dolo 650 n slept well.now it's day 2 morning and going strong.im an ardent  follower  of this water only fasting sporting forum on cure zone since almost 3 yrs now and always feel blessed for the support n knowledge people offer here.ihave started at 111kgs and down 2 kgs already,will write tomorrow more of this,thanks for reading
