End of day 6

End of day 6.
Busy with soccer games today getting ready and watching the game and then running a few errands took up most of the day. But I had a major test. A soccer mom invited us over for dinner and we accepted. Luckily I told her that I wasn’t eating after 5pm and she understood. I did have a wine glass full of sparkling water and it was a welcome change but won’t do it again because it wasn’t pure water. They cooked burgers on pretzel buns and it smelled phenomenal but I had no problem declining. Hooray! I am proud of myself. I’m pretty sick of the aches now. Unbearable at bedtime. I had to lay on a heating pad just to fall asleep. And the backs of my knees are killing me too. From what I understand, enzymes are rushing in to heal and break down “crystals”. Makes sense to me. The crunching that goes on in my knees when I climb stairs sounds like glass shards. Although I slept from midnight to 9am it certainly wasn’t the most restful night I’ve ever had.
