Smooth Sailing Day

Day one of my water fast has completed with success. I felt hungry at times, but it lifted. I had plenty of energy. I was not bothered by food cravings. I don't know how that happened at this stage of the game. Maybe it's because I have been really busy. My mind has been on other things. Yes, sometimes I do think about things other than food. ;) I have been wondering how long I will be able to go. I really would like to make it for at least ten days.
