Finish of the first week of my Fast

End of day 7 :) Well, it's been a week - that short time has seen so many good things, there's a big transformation afoot here - me, the house, getting lighter, clearer, moving the inertia & its feeling good. Spoke to my bf today, he should be getting home in 6 days, glad to have the time to finish up what I'm deep in the middle of with the house - still lots to do, but I can see how it's shaping up and loving it.
Got my car fixed, getting some of the artwork up - had to take it for a drive after they fixed it to charge up the battery, so I went out and got a lamp and a little strip rug for the room I've been fixing - on the way home, Buddha provided and I spied a few items on the side of the road near my place - it was pretty cool, funny how the universe works, just what I picked up was 1) a perfect solution to some of the room issues I was having & perfect fit and/or 2) things I was already envisioning... so the trip out to the Ikea seemed to keep giving on the way home.
Had a nice hot bath - lol, I needed it... drinking more water, warm mugs of water today - energy has been good - no more naps etc, just puttering happily through my day in good spirits. Had one juice today and a bit of tea - used some oil on my face this morning and again after the bath - I find during a fast there are generally points where my skin is a bit dry or my gums start bleeding... oil helps with the former, essential oils with the latter - over all the fasts I've discovered the little things that really help. Feels like early days anyway - off to bed now, it's been a great week and I'm really happy to be getting so many odds and ends tied up and crossed off. Tomorrow must get back to some Yoga as I didn't get to it today or yesterday... Getting my fitness back up to where it was a couple months ago is coming...
