Day 4 - Feeling Great, Fun night out!

Ah, it really the early morn of Nov 5th - didn't make it to the Blog yesterday, had a wonderful morning - I did get back to some Yoga after a great Morning Practice - didn't do the strenous stuff, but might be ready for some of that today now, feeling a lot better - moving in leaps and bounds now. The pain in my shoulder is still there and my neck is still pretty stiff though its all easing up - think I'll have another coffee treatment today - that has helped soooo much.
Had a bath after my yoga and got a bit blue for an hour or so in the afternoon -- to be expected though, emotions come and go - got over it pretty quick and went on with some organizing/cleaning - just a little yesterday, sorting through some info computer CD's from an ex and my stuff - finding one last box of his things still lingering round the house.. so recovered a few music files etc I didn't know were floating around... Then a friend came over at 6:30 and we went out to another friends Theatrical Offering in the city - that was heaps of fun, great show - avant guarde madness & method lol.. Hadn't caught up with that friend for waaay too long so he stuck around till abt 1:30 chatting and drinking tea -- Woke feeling great again today, going to get off the box and do some practice and Yoga - no place I have to go out to today, have the whole day here to myself so am going to get onto another serious cleaning session - maybe I can even finish the back room - though it might take me 2 more go's! Going to get my old bullworker out today as well and start doing some resistance exercises with it - if any of you know what that is, great little 1950's strength trainer, the kind Charles Atlas must have used haha.. used to use it all the time, it's been tucked in a corner unloved for far too long - not as effective as the gym perhaps, but a good thing to warm me up for it.
