30 day broth fast

When I was looking for information on the 30 day broth fast that my medical doctor (MD) recommended, I had difficulty locating blogs on this topic.

I started a blog on another site, blogspot, and thought that I would list the link here. I started my fast a few days ago and the blog the day before that.

Since it is an active blog, it starts with the most recent posting. Once I have completed it, I will reverse the order.
