We the People" chants filled the Wells Fargo Center to start the match. Ambrose shined early, clearing the ring and climbing the ladder as the crowd cheered, but he was quickly extinguished by Wade Barrett.

Fandango incapacitated Barrett with a leg drop from the apron on Barrett while Barrett had the ladder.

Ambrose sent Fandango crashing into a ladder, then suplexed him on a ladder propped up in the corner. Wade Barrett reentered and bludgeoned Damien Sandow with a ladder rung.

Cesaro stood atop the ladder, fighting off Ambrose, but was was slammed on the ladder in the corner by a modified Shell Shocked maneuver.

Barrett knocked Jack Swagger off the ladder with a Bull Hammer as he scaled it, only to be stopped by Fandango. Fandango connected with a sunset flip into a sitout powerbomb. Huge pop.

Ambrose swung the ladder around but was stopped by Swagger and Cesaro who basically hung him with the ladder. Ambrose skidded the cat but was dumped over the top. Cesaro climbed Ambrose's shoulders and almost reached the briefcase but was stopped by a Rhodes drop kick, eliciting "this is awesome" chants.

A gauntlet of finishers ended with Rhodes and Ambrose alone and atop a larger ladder.

The Shield hits the ring and drags Rhodes off the ladder. The Usos hit the ring and clear the ring as the melee spills to the outside. Ambrose is pushed off the ladder and into the fray by Rhodes. Rhodes is left alone in the ring. He reaches the top but Sandow enters, pushed Rhodes off the ladder and wins the Money in the Bank match.

Winner: Damien Sandow
