I am glad that it is still early in the day. I have been going through repeated shocks since May 25, 2013, the day of the March Against Monsanto San DIego, and a Lunar Eclipse.
I am looking over materials that KAMUT® International produced. These are wonderful.
There is one report entitled Latest Study Confirms The Health Benefits of Kamut® Wheat.
The study supports eating wheat, despite the Gluten Free Trend.
It was published February 2, 2013 on Care 2.

I want to blow up parts of the two page handout and have them in my Pizza Box for the Exhibit at the San Diego Fair.
That would be a good accomplishment to have this addition to the Pizza Box display.
I am going to stop right now and find that report online.
Looking Over Hard Copy Materials from my Notebooks for the Book
Grow A Healthier Pizza
I looked through my raw book of gathered articles and blogs and graphics. There are some stunning materials in here.
It has been a chaotic uphill ride the entire first half of the year.
I am very concerned with my mental state.
IF I could pull together some of the notebooks this would ease my stress.
The clearest and most complete work I have put together is the Pizza Box Itself.
There is also a notebook that could have assembled the graphics for The Plant Parenthood Journal.
If I could start to assemble these in an orderly matter, it would be mentally healthy.

These include the raw materials for a video.
When Rich mistakenly cut many strands of KAMUT® last Sunday, I stopped and took responsibility. I saw i needed to slow down to teach him what the project with Kamut® was all about. We harvested the first grain together.
Then, on June 12, I worked the morning with the strands of ancient wheat.
There are stunning photos and materials for videos.
In the last week, I have also spent time getting into the work of Dr. William Davis. There has also been a national crisis with the discovery that Monsanto genetically engineered wheat has been growing in a field in Oregon.
This makes my work with the ancient grain seem even more timely and important.
HERE ARE SOME OF THOSE LINKS
The video with Dr. William Davis is profound. It contains more than one hour of teaching. It underscores the severe state of modern wheat. We are having a harvest of poor health due to many people eating this modern wheat. Dr.Robert Quinn makes similar points in the KAMUT ® International Handouts.
MODERN WHEAT IS A POISON
It has an ingredient that makes a person want to eat more, therefore causing Obesity. A number of outstanding videos are here:
