Leslie was active in the 2012 Yes on 37 Campaign that inspired the passage of federal and state Label GMO legislation. The GMO inside Campaign aims to help out through educating people about the foods that have GMO Inside ingredients. The box to the rich is a prototype for the new Matzah Pizza that Nadine and others made on a desert Passover retreat a few days before in Joshua Tree National Park.

I WENT INTO CANTER'S DELI APRIL 1, 2013


I went into Canter's Deli this week in LA and labeled the condiments with GMO Inside stickers before we ate. I am going back to my Jewish Roots and plan to visit again, one of the most popular Kosher Style Delis in the world to take a stand to Grow A Healthier Pizza. I have in mind to return there when I visit my 94-year old dad who lives down the street. I will bring my own condiment tray filled with Eden Mustard and Gomasio; and Bragg's Products. My tip included a bar of Dr Bronner's Magic Soap for the waitress. I planted two dreams. One with Tori, our waitress, and one with Ron Cohen, who eats there often. I See and Seed meeting one of the current generation owners, Marc Canter. I grew up in East LA where Canters was a Deli that I would visit after Hebrew School.

Marc is part of the Canter Family. I look forward to sharing some Non-GMO Condiments with him on on my future visits to my old Hood during my teen Years, the Fairfax area.

Marc wrote a great book about Guns and Roses, the group he befriended before and during their rise to stardom.
