"Calling FRNs 'money' is Wildly Inaccurate and Misleading" by #29621 .....

"Words Matter" by Peter E. Hendrickson

Once upon a time, Federal Reserve Notes were redeemable for "real American money" in the form of gold or silver (and it said so on the bills)! Since the 70's they have no longer been redeemable for anything of real value.:

Pete writes: "FRNs aren't 'money' as the term is accurately used, either as a matter of law (which defines real American money in terms of gold and silver), or as the word is commonly meant (which is in reference to something of inherent, widely-recognized value that is durable, easily divisible, provable as to its character and purity, and portable)."

"More About Words-- This Time: 'Income'"

"There is a natural human tendency to let any deeply-entrenched belief be a tail wagging its dog. Here, having been made to believe over a lifetime that the 'income' Congress is authorized to tax is all revenue, and knowing
that the tax is laid without apportionment, many folks just assume that the constitutional limits--or the words of the court--must mean something other than what they say. Worse, some adopt a shameful habit of just sort of 'hurrying by' both the Constitution and these rulings, pretending to not have seen them at all.":

It appears to me that the entire public education system has a long history of "hurrying by" the Organic Laws of the United States of America. How many Americans (who have graduated from public schools) know that there are four Organic Laws? Apparently not enough to realize that most Americans are "free inhabitants" in their free state that has retained "its sovereignty, freedom and independence, and every Power, Jurisdiction and right ..." as per the Articles of Confederation.

One of the characteristics of "modern life" is the "habit" of "hurrying by" in countless ways. I believe that he costs are incalculable! People appear to be conditioned from infancy on to "hurrying by" to the extent that the typical attention span of most people is rapidly shrinking down to an infinitesimal duration. We know this is the case with television viewing audiences. I also see this in conversations with people. It is one of many reasons why I advocate dyad communications between people so that an actual complete communication cycle can possibly be experienced between two people.

"Hurrying by" the Organic Laws has allowed the complete and utter corruption of our monetary system and subsequently our financial world and through that our governments. Only those who know the Law and apply that knowledge can possibly survive the inevitable destruction that awaiting these institutions. "Doomsday"? I don't cal it that. Just like Pete has quoted: "When words lose their meaning, people lose their liberty." - Confucius

There is now a dictionary full of words that have lost their meaning, the ignorance of which is costing Americans virtually everything that they have. Here are just a few examples: dollar, health, communication. Ignorance of the lost meaning of these words is costing people their wealth, their health and their connections with all of life.
