Decided that I would start a 10 day fruit fast today in order to get a little nearer to my goal of 10 and a half stone. I am currently 11.11 and aim to get to 11 stone by the end of the 10 days and then to lose the remainder through healthy eating and excersise.

I will weigh myself each morning and will update here.
