weight loss 6 pounds , detox , waterfast

I have fasted now one full day and have lost 6 pounds,I know this is mostly water weight but Im happy to have started losing just the same.Feeling a little nauseous and woke up with a headache,feel hungry but resisting temptation.Every time I feel tempted to quit I just have to look down at my protruding belly and wobbly legs and know quitting isnt an option here.
