Day Two in "Another Juice Fasting Journey"...

Another good day. Much more tired than in previous fasts, but I am also in worse shape so it's to be expected. Another headache started this morning and has lasted throughout the day. I notice it starts to ease when I just sit and rest but being a mother of three means little time to sit and rest, so my head has been throbbing most of the day. Hunger pangs here and there... Nothing intense. Day would have been a breeze if it weren't for the headache...

I just read a great book about how a man(who was also a doctor) recovered from aids, naturally. It took me only two days to read. Needless to say, it's worth your time. The book is called, "Roger's Recovery from Aids". If interested, I'd suggest getting the newest publication as it includes an update from Roger, 10 years after the fact, as to how his health is holding up.
