Another positive juice fasting journey begins...

Today went very well considering yesterday I began the liver flush and finished it up this morning. Epsom salts are the worst tasting thing on the planet, I'm sure of it. So glad the flush is over!

I ate last at 2pm yesterday so I'm well over my first 24 hours of the fast and doing great. I'm very positive and think this fast will be a great success. I am aiming for at least 90 days but also toying with the idea of six months, if of course, my body is up for that.

Of course I'm hungry at times. There was a headache this morning but that went away around noon. I've been pretty tired but that's to be expected.

Juices for today were apple, carrot and apple, grape and lemon. Fruit juices diluted 50/50 with water.

Now, onto day two...
