Can I just start with how thankful I am that Curezone has saved my blog posts from so many years ago??? If not for this site I'd have all but forgotten what my fasting journeys entailed.

I have been unable to fast for many years, for many reasons. One big reason was the newest addition to our family, our third child, a baby girl we named Lily. She's just weaned after 15 months of nursing.

Naturally, I'm in terrible health. I can't recall if I've posted about my recent diagnosis (pituitary tumor) but it's one of those diseases that just keeps getting worse. I meet a new record level of "horrible health" (for me) on a regular basis and needless to say, I'm ready to fast again.

For the record, the only known cure for pituitary tumors is surgery and even after that the gland could be damaged by the tumor itself, it could be irreversibly diseased or the tumor could grow back (as over 50% do). The next step is adrenal removal...

My husband is deploying in 10 months, I'm not interested in the misery surgery would produce and I'm sick of feeling like a 70 year old woman.

This is my 30th post. I am 30 years old. I plan to fast for at least 90 days and expect my body will be very happy with this, as it has in the past.
