day 3 of water fast, feeling positive

well last night was horrible i suffered abit of insomnia, i didnt get to sleep till after 5 am and woke again at 11 am so i got some sleep thank god, when i first woe up today i felt weak, my arms and legs felt kinda like they werent attachet to my body, i had to sit in the shower due to the weakness i felt, i was so close to caving in but i honestly have absoloutly no appetite today so im thinking this ketosis thing has begun, im not going to stick to the exercise side of things, my bmr is 1,336 so i can burn that doing nothing, if i exercise i know i will HAVE to eat due to the weakness, i did go into town for an hour or so today so that counts as some exercise walking around and that :) i will probably do the dumbells today though i HATE my arms, i feel quite good my jeans are a little, loose and theyre only a size 6 (uk)
weight loss today was a little, no scrap that VERY VERY disappointing :'( from what i can judge on my scales i only lost 1 pound damn! maybe tomorow my result will be better, im definatly due soon though so will be retaining water and i still look/feel a little bloated.
im not even very thirsty today its 4.45 pm and i have only drank one pint of water so far, im going to force down another pint,, have a green tea, then sip on another pint after that.
today has gone so well that i am seriously thinking i might manage longer than the 5 days the only reason i want to eat on saturday morning is because i have a bit of a shopping spree planned, and i know i will be out untill shops close and plan on going to the shops at about 10am so thats alot of walking ill be doing i dont want to feel ill or pass out, im only going to eat pineapple pieces from a fruit cup i bought its in natural juices 64Kcals im planning on freezing the little pot and eating it frozen because that way my body will burn more calories digesting it that whats in it, because your body needs to warm up the food to digest it, and apparently pineapple is one of the negative calorie foods anyway, although its one of the less likely ones, so hopefull that will work! getting this final 10 pounds off is a nightmare, sometimes i wonder if its even possible for me, but im determined to do it, i know i can, people can do anything they put their minds too and i have to continue this, food will still be there when im done fasting and when im slim i will be able to enjoy it in small quantities
ive made a lifestyle decision today. i will never ever exceed eating 1,000 calories, my bmr being 1,336 i think means i will be burning more calories than i consume, always,
