day 2 of my fast is going well

so i didnt get my exercise done so far today, i will do the dumbells but i wont be going for a jog due to the weather! thunder,rain and hail, i dont think it would be a good idea unfortunatly...so much for summer!
anyway im not bothered that i cant exercise today because i will do tommorow and i managed everything yesterday plus i calculated my bmi which is about 1,300 so even without moving i will still burn 1,300 calories, and i guess tomorow i will be in ketosis...honestly i dont fully understand ketosis but apparently thats when the fat burning really begins so i look forward to burning this fat tomorow and resting today

i ordered some hair extensions online and recieved them today, they werent very good and i was rather dissappointed, i was sooo tempted to eat then, just goes to show that we eat for no good reason, i didnt though luckily and after 3 e-mails complaining to the company they offered to send me out some more hair, to make up for my dissapointment so im very happy with that result! maybe the hair isnt as bad as i thought on reflection, it is human hair i cant expect it to look as perfect as my fake hair does, ill see how good it is once ive worn it, you can only wear the fake ones once then they get matted and have to be thrown away hopefully ill get at least 10-20 wears out of these, they should actually last 6 months...anyway my blog isnt supposed to be about this so back to the subject!

im due that girly time soon so im sure im still retaining some water and i look very bloated :(
i wasnt supposed to weigh myself until the end of this fast but i cant resist those scales!

havent actually felt physically hungry at all today, so far anyway. and no dizzyness either which i had a lot of on my last two attempts, im sure im going to manage the five days, ive actually decided to go the five days, eat on saturday because ive got plans and then start fasting again on sunday
