Day 2

So I'm on day 2, made it through the evening! Another day of juice fasting ahead, but I'm sort of sick of juice already.lol. I'll keep going with it though and when I cant handle another juice I'll have some herbal tea with manuka honey, at least I'll get a few calories through that.

So my weight today is 124lbs, although I expect to lose weight quite slowly as I am not that heavy to begin with, so 1.4lbs in a day is more than I expect from the rest of my fast.

My skin looks awful, really dry and blotchy, so I'm guessing I'm not drinking enough water so I need to fix that. Also my arthritus hurts today, but I think that should just make me more determined to complete the fast.

Anyways, I shall blog again tomorrow hopefully!:)
