Former NBA Player says he hates gays.

I personally have written about my experiences as a sports cameraman in Austina nd the anti gay comments I heard. How the RR Express ordered me never to put gay families on my camera , especially the kiss cam

MIAMI Former Miami Heat superstar Tim Hardaway told a local sports radio show that he "hates gay people," and he's gotten a lot of peoples' attention especially in South Florida.

"Disgusting. Having grown up in northern florida, dealing with racism there and desegregating of schools up there,

Hardaway an African AMerican said:
I'm homophobic. It shouldn't be in the world, in the United States, I don't like it."

Hardaway said:

"First of all I wouldn't want him on my team," said Hardaway. "Second of all, if he was on my team I would really distance myself from him because I don't think that's right and I don't think he should be in the locker room when we're in the locker room."

I have heard this type this type of talk all over sports and in and around Austin. I was offed sympathy from the Austin Statesman. But, even the States man will not have the backbone to expose anti gay hatred in Austin

I believe that winning national football title is more important to the President of UT than equal rights for all.

Hardaway's made these comments after a groundbreaking confession made by former NBA Athlete John Amaechi, who became the first professional basketball player to openly identify himself as gay.

Amechi called Salt Lake City, Utah one of the coolest gay cities in the USA

Amaechi became only the sixth male athlete from one of the four major American sports (NBA,MLB,NFL,NHL) to admit he is gay.
It is no wonder when there is so much hatred against homosexuals in sports.

ex NFL running back David Kopay , offensive lineman Roy Simmons and defensive lineman Esera Tuaolo also came out.

Glenn Burke, outfielder for the Dodgers and the Oakland Athletics in the 1970s, Billy Bean, a utility player in the 1980s , have also come out.

We know there are more but it is pathetic
that the sports media team administrators are so narrow minded. It is time for congress to act and hit these teams and leagues with fines for being monopolies.

The bigots have conspired to keep other leagues from being created and have had a free ride when it comes to allowing drug use. Time to invoke anti trust suits vs these teams and leagues.

No active player has ever publicly admitted to being gay in one of the four major American sports.

The reasons are clear!
