"With its popularity growing beyond a fad, raw milk has become the politically charged tip of the iceberg in our fight for the freedom of food choice. In this presentation we will examine how raw milk has journeyed from being Nature's perfect food to becoming the only food to be made illegal and why, despite health warnings, it is still widely sought for its health benefits. If you are presently concerned about "microbes" in raw milk from grass-fed healthy cows then consider this: When the "Milk Problem" occurred, it was at a time when these environmental conditions were at play against human health: over population, poor living conditions, little or no sanitation, no water treatment and no garbage collection. Typhoid Fever was blamed on the milk however the death rate dropped as of the start of water sanitation.

Got healthy microbes? It is more likely to be healthy microbe deficient than it is to get sick (let alone die) from your local, raw, grass fed milk source.

Got perspective? If you are a milk distributor who is collecting and combining milk from multiple dairies then it may make sense to pasteurize that milk. However, that is not the only way to have milk. Yet if you prefer you can certainly have your pasteurized milk! Just be sure you don't deny the the rest of us who are raw milk lovers our preference for, what many say, is food as medicine! The "milk problem," was solved a long time ago. It's time accept the whole truth about raw milk that is clearly our present reality! We are flourishing now with all our raw dairy products just as Weston A. Price discovered seventy- five years ago!
