day 6

last time on day 3 i weighed 166 today I weighed 160 so i have lost a total of 12 pnds in six days. Yes I am very excited but i am still veryvery hungry. I was hoping hat by the third day i wouldnt be so hungry. but again i am a food addict so maybe it willtake a little longer for me to get to that point. well i guess i will see you all in thre days at day nine. till then Drink Drink Drink. lol
