Tried the SWF yesterday afternoon and it didn't work. I hate that! Then I retain all that salt and bloat. Definately not trying that again as the last time I did the same thing happened. So I went in the backyard and had a beer and a cigarette to see if that would work, which it didn't but it was quite pleasant anyhow...lol...Drank some smooth move and that did the trick.

Feeling good this a.m. - a little brain fog but nothing that a few cups of java won't cure. I havent weighed myself yet b/c I wanted to wait a few days for all that salt to get out of my system. And by that time I should be on my cycle, and I don't go near a scale until at least 2 days after. I weighed in on the 14th at 160. Haven't seen that number in years. So glad I have this cleanse to fall back on...

My mouth feels gross and my breath is bad so I keep popping altoids. Not really thinking about food yet.
