Day two of water fast

It is saturday, April 18th and day two of my fast. I am doing pretty good but I feel the urge to smoke cigarettes, I usually smoke only 3 a day but yesterday I went a half a pack... Once this pack runs out I will probably stop completely. I am not weighting myself on purpose for a whole week just so I can be surpirised at the end. Feeling energized, no cravings for food. Becoming bored with nothing to do as I treated food as a sort of entertainment.
