Another night of blissful sleep. i could continue fastign forever just to have that sleep everynight. i love it, i go to bed fall asleep straight away and dont wake up at all until the next morning. no interuptions. it feels like i slept like a rock - i never quite knew what that expression meant until the last few nights. just wonderful. the wheat grass shot did not sit well with me all day and even into the evening - so nope its not going to be a regular thing. last night i ran 3 miles (still slow and not continuosly) and weights for 30 mins. i was really sore so the whole workout was unpleasant but i made it. today i am thinking about swimming for a change and to rest leg muscles. weight is 145. i am wearing the same pants i wore a week ago and yes they are fitting me better. hopefully next week they will be loose. i have 5 pounds to go and i will be at a weight that i am comfortable with. i still feel big at this weight but not huge. yesterday a orange juice in the morning water all day and then a apple and mineral water in the evening. i really enjoyed that juice. i started back on oxypowder again last night after two nights off it -no action today yet so i will have to increase tonight. i do have moments of feeling hungry or missing food but they are very few and easy to deal with. i think the more you fast the easier it becomes. the hardest thing is to make the decision to do the fast, start and go thru the first few days - after that it is really just getting on with it. i am pretty sure i have 30 days in me but i am still going in milestones - it just helps me if i have a goal to achieve close by, then i get to that and think well that wasnt so bad, whats the next goal! anyway it works for me so i thought i would share.
