Not a great day

Not feeling so great today. I finally slept really well, i fell asleep almost straight away and slept soundly. this morning i weighed in and im back up to 150pd which is really frustrating. But im not going to worry too much yet. I think the main reason is my cycle started today so i expect a little weight gain with that. But the thing that has probably got me a bit down is that i am not noticing any difference in the clothes i am wearing. I would have expected a week in to feel some difference. im going to keep going and hope a week from today i will see some changes. Today i have a bit of a headache and generally dont feel too great. I am still happy i am juicing and want to continue - i guess today is not really a good day to judge how things are going. Heres hoping tomorrow is a better day.
