Because I'm such a bore, or rather, I'm so bored and can't think of anything to write, I read through my whole blog. Its only about 14 messages long, hich is pretty good for starters. umm. yesterday was bad, reallly bad. Processed food and carbs galore. I really need to stop being lazy. No, rather, i really need to start listening to my body.

When my body says, "Eat" I should go and eat. When my body says "Drink" i should go and drink. It knows what its doing - to a point - so why doin't I listen. yes, it was a statement, not a question. So here I am back again. I haven't OP for close to 2 days, I tried to yesterday, but my dad rang, so I had to spit it out before i even got to 1 minute!

Anyway, I think I'm going to shower now, (its 12 in the afternoon. Its nice to work from home) and OP WHILE I'm showering. This. Could. Get. Ugly. But I'll just have to see. Food wize, today has been crazy. Dad made an English breakfast, which encludes bacon (it was chicken, do I get brownie points for that?) eggs, baked beans, fried onions toast and hot chocolate. Easily fattening nightmare! Ugh!

ironically, Dad is "supposed" to be healthy and yet he used, dare I say it? VEGETABLE OIL to do the WHOLE BREAFAST! GAH! I instantly felt acid reflux coming on as he cooked the food, which I'm grateful for, but still, veggie oil? When was the last time we ate that? We even cook AFRICAN FOOD with EVCO!!!

Which brings me to my next point... How do I know that OP is working? Since I haven't been doing it consistantly? I've noticed I have broken out a little, and when I eat unhelathy stuff my stomach lets out REALLY BAD GAS but thats about it.

What exactly DOES OP do I guess my question is... Well, I'll just have to find out now, won't I?
