Pre-Cleanse Prep

Hey Everyone! Much like many people who want to start the new year off right with by feeling better and getting back into healthy habits, I'm doing the Master Cleanse. I've tried it before but only thru 5 days. I loved the results and the way I felt.

This time, I'm going for all 10 days! My use of the blog is an attempt to involve the online community for support and to hold me accountable. I bought the books and should have them tomorrow or by day two of the cleanse.

I'll start tonight by drinking the Smooth Move to get me ready for the morning.

Good luck to everyone else who is doing it, and please wish me luck too! I need it! I'm a totally junk food junkie and need to cleanse all the crap out of my system and instill some discipline!
